The cooking process will be somewhat different:

  1. In a separate container, combine kefir, salt, sugar, butter and yeast. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add flour and gradually knead the dough. Roll it in the form of a ball, cover with a napkin and put it to ripen in a warm place for an hour and a half.
  3. Peel the onions and meat in a blender. To make mincemeat it will only be necessary to add the egg and the chopped dill.
  4. Ready dough is divided into portions, and then from individual cakes and minced meat to form pies.
  5. Grease the semifinished products with yolk, using a brush for this.
