For starters, let's recall how to cook baked apples in a multivarque with a prescription familiar from childhood. After baked apples were one of the simplest and affordable delicacies. They need to be washed very carefully, because we will eat them together with the skin. Now we need to remove the core of each apple, making sure that not a single bone remains. It is desirable that the shape of the carved space, which will become the capacity for the filling, resembles a cone. Make sure that the incisions are not through - so apples in the multivark can lose part of their filler. You can cut each apple in half and remove the core. Then our apples, baked in a multivariate, will take another form - halves of apples, and we will shorten the baking time.

Now, when apples are ready, we put them in the multivark. It is better to lay them so that they fill the entire bottom of the bowl, thus ensuring stability, in order to protect against leakage of the filling. Pour a little water on the bottom of the bowl and pour sugar in the center of each apple . To give a more interesting taste and aroma, a few minutes before the end of the baking process, each apple over honey can be sprinkled with a small amount of ground cinnamon, and when apples are finally ready, sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Another no less interesting recipe - apples with a filling of cottage cheese and prunes. Prunes should be pre-soaked in boiling water for a few minutes. Cottage cheese - mix with sugar and cinnamon. Can be replaced with curd. When filling the apples with the filling, we first put the prunes, and on it the cottage cheese. We bake on a standard recipe.

Another interesting recipe - apples baked in sour cream sauce. We will need: walnuts, honey, sour cream, butter, lemon juice, orange peel. In each apple we put two teaspoons of ground walnut, put a little butter on top, bake. We prepare the sauce: stir a third of the glass of sour cream, about 15 g of honey, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a teaspoonful of orange peel.
