  • 1 teaspoon without a slide of any baking powder (you can just soda);
  • 250 grams of non-acidic cottage cheese;
  • 200 ml of cream;
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar;
  • 20 grams of gelatin;
  • 40 ml of pure boiled water;
  • 200 grams of canned cherries without pits.

Cooking procedure

Preparation of dessert is carried out in three steps:
