How to cook a cake without baking

Cooking is a real science, and not everyone can become academicians in it. Personally, I never got a dough product. But my family loves pies and cakes. Yes, and sometimes guests want to brag about their talents. So I decided to find in the cookbooks how to cook a cake without using an oven. I will not say that it is much easier than traditional baking, but in this case you can be sure that there will be no problems with the test, and the dessert itself will not burn. In this article, I will give recipes from which you will learn how to make a pie with berries and a traditional cheesecake based on ordinary biscuits.

"Tropical delight"

A set of products for the cake: a biscuit biscuit, which is pre-kneaded into a crumb - 200 g, peasant cream butter - half a pack (125 g). Preliminarily melt it to the liquid state.

We will also need a mold that is detachable, if not, silicone is also suitable.
We mix biscuits and butter. We knead well with our hands and we compact it onto the bottom of the mold. We put the cake in the refrigerator to freeze. In the meantime, we are preparing the filling for our cheesecake.

It will require: cottage cheese (if you follow the caloric content, you can use fat-free) - 500 g, soft cheese of the "mozzarella" type - 200 g, brown or ordinary sugar - 5 table spoons, vanillin as a flavoring literally at the tip of the knife, cream with 20 fat content % - 1.5 cups, 200 ml will go into the filling and another 100 - to the cream for decoration. In addition, you will need mango juice - 100 ml (you can use liquid from canned fruit) and gelatin - 4 g. From this we will make a fill for our cheesecake.

With the ingredients figured out, now a little about how to cook a pie.
Pour gelatin and set aside, let it dissolve. Cheese, cottage cheese, sugar and vanillin well beat, add two thirds of juice and dissolved gelatin. We send the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, so it gently thickens. Then add the cream, whisk and put everything in shape. The remaining juice is mixed with gelatin, pour the surface of the pie and put in the refrigerator. After the cream and pour is finally frozen, decorate the dessert with whipped cream, pre-mixing gelatin in them.

To make a pie, it takes a little less than an hour, except for cooling.

"Berry miracle"

This dessert is best cooked in the summer. For a pie, you can use red currants, strawberries, apricots. Personally, I like raspberries, so I'll tell you how to make a pie with this berry.

We prepare the cake in the same way as in the previous recipe. We put it into shape, we ram it and send it to the refrigerator. Soak 5 g of gelatin in warm water. Squeeze the juice from two lemons and rub the zest.

Cooking cream of 500 grams of cottage cheese, 250 grams of yogurt with raspberry flavor, 120 grams of powdered sugar and 0.5 liters of cream. Beat the whole mixture gently. We refrigerate it in the refrigerator for about half an hour. After that we take out, we introduce gelatin, also whipping. Raspberries are gently mixed into the filling, trying not to break their integrity. The mixture is poured into the mold and set to freeze in the cold.

If you want the pie to look more elegant, you can prepare the filling from the berries. To do this, some of the raspberries are wiped, the mashed potatoes are mixed with gelatin. Berries are laid out evenly over the entire surface and covered with this mixture on top.

If you have already succeeded in decorating confectionery, then the curd and berry dessert can be made not only tasty, but also very beautiful. To do this, whip the cream with a fat content of at least 30% with vanilla and ordinary sugar and with the help of a pastry bag, apply a cream edge along the edge. Rinse berries, dry and place in the center of the "composition".
