How to calm your nerves: 8 ways

If you do not learn to control your nerves, you can quickly lose your health. You can also buy pharmacy tinctures of valerian and hawthorn fruits, mix them and take 12 drops diluted in a glass of water.

5th method. Go in for sports. Physical exercises help to become more calm and balanced. In addition, during the work of muscles, the body releases endorphins, which are a natural cure for stress.
