Tip # 1: Stop blaming yourself!

For example, all responsible work should be shifted to tomorrow or passed on to a colleague, asking for services. Remember: a terribly bad day can always get worse, and therefore do not tempt fate.

Tip # 3: More Positive

Naturally, it's hard to have fun when you are pressed by bad days, but you still have to try. After all, the truth is that they will not be able to avoid them, which means that there is no difference: you will lead them in depression or you will have fun.

So try to find something good in your environment. Look funny movie, turn on your favorite music or watch your colleagues, and suddenly one of them will seem funny to you. At the worst, you can open a browser and look at the photos of cute kittens, they will definitely cheer up.

Tip # 4: Do not try to seize the grief

So, bad days are not an excuse for breaking off and starting to eat everything in order to drown out your own pain. No, no one says that you can not eat a chocolate bar or a small cake.
