There are a lot of recipes, according to which tincture on cranberry (on alcohol or vodka) can be prepared quite quickly and simply at home.

  1. Cranberry is a fairly common alcoholic beverage. And there are several options for recipes, explaining how this tincture is prepared on cranberries. On alcohol - more strong, and on vodka - easier. First of all, you need to prepare the base. For this, cranberry berries (1-2 cups) should be crushed to a homogeneous consistency in a blender and strained into a bottle through a funnel and inserted into it a strainer. The result of such actions will be a tincture transparent as a tear. Or the second option: crush the berries with sugar (1 glass) and put it together with the cake into a liter jar. As in the first, and in the second variant the next stage will be the addition of vodka (a half-liter bottle). If the base of the tincture is cake, then the contents should be shaken daily. Within 2 weeks the tincture should be in a room or other room with room temperature, and after this period it is filtered (filtered) and put in a cool place, for example, in a refrigerator. To drink was not so strong, ready cranberries can be diluted with a syrup, prepared from equal portions of sugar and water. Usually it is cooked from 2 glasses of sugar and the same amount of water. This tincture on cranberries on alcohol is very popular with women, because it has a pleasant taste and aroma.
  2. Easy cranberry tincture is prepared quite quickly. In just one day you will get a fragrant and delicious liquor. To make it, you need to grind 300 grams of well-ripened berries with 200 grams of granulated sugar. Then 700 ml of good vodka and 100 g of boiled cold water are poured into the unpriced mixture. All components are mixed (the sugar must dissolve) and settle for 24 hours. Before serving, the beverage is filtered and cooled.
  3. Cranberry on alcohol. The recipe is universal: if desired, you can make a fairly strong drink or, conversely, weak and light. For cooking, you need 1 kilogram of ripe cranberry fruit, 1 liter of 96% alcohol, 15 tablespoons (without a slide) of sugar and water. Cranberries are crushed in a blender or meat grinder, pawned in a three-liter bottle and filled with alcohol. In this state, the drink is a week. Shake or stir it is not necessary. Then the bottle is filled to the brim with water and left for another week, after which the syrup is introduced into the composition from sugar (depending on the desired strength from 1 to 2 liters), filter. After 24 hours tincture on cranberries on alcohol will be ready.
