Tomatoes need to choose ripe, but not too soft. We cut them with medium pieces.

Cucumbers should be with small seeds. We cut them into slices.

Onions cut into half rings. To relieve him of excessive bitterness, you can slightly scald the chopped onions with boiling water.

Bulgarian pepper thoroughly cleaned of seeds and then cut into half rings. In order for the snack to look brighter, use yellow pepper.

Olives need to be cut into 4 parts or rings. Some who do not cut olives, but lay them entirely on vegetables.

Let the salad leaves rinse well and put on a plate for salad.
