In order to comply with our recipe for cooking khinkali, the following ingredients will be needed. For the test - flour (500 grams), water (200 grams), egg and salt. For stuffing, you need: lamb or beef - 400 grams, you can have 200 grams of beef and pork; bulb; Dill, parsley, pepper, salt.

The real owner of the dough will always do it herself. We take flour, a small amount of pure water, a pinch of salt and an egg. Half the flour and egg mix, add salt and water. The resulting mass is mixed and for 10-15 minutes - under a napkin. Add a small amount of flour, stir again and do it several times - until the soft bun is released. Cover the dough with a plate to keep it from drying.

The recipe for cooking khinkali pays a lot of attention to the correct stuffing. The best ratio is 1/3 of beef and 2/3 of lamb, but, by itself, in each family can love other meat.
