Description

Rhizome at the daisy is short, oblong ovate leaves coming out of the rosette. From there appear also peduncles with white flowers from three to eight centimeters, resembling a daisy, only multilayered, with a barely noticeable pinkishness on the lower petals. It is they who meet peasants in the fields and travelers on the road. Petals are often white, but there are also pink, and even red.

Reproduction and planting of a daisy

When dividing the bush daisy the next year will bloom. With seeds it's not so simple. There are two options for planting them. First: in early March, plant directly in greenhouse seedlings. The main thing that there was very light. In May, newborn daisies are ready for planting in the ground, and in August the clever women are at least modest, but they are already blossoming. It happens that the rosettes freeze. Now about the method of planting seedlings (in March). The first flowering begins in July. You can cut two daisies with daisies. In May or June, separate the side shoots with a sharp blade so that each one has several leaves, and root them in a loose substrate. The light should be bright, but scattered, then the daisies will take root in a week or two. Next year, expect a plentiful flowering. Two-year-old daisies must necessarily be divided, otherwise they will die. In addition, this method is suitable for quickly obtaining many new colors.
