Hot air is discharged through the hose (sleeve), of which we have already talked a little higher. The air entering the air conditioner from the room is divided into two streams: cold and warm. The first enters the room, and the second goes beyond. Many modern models are equipped with a timer, which allows you to set the mode of operation, as well as additional filters, which means that not only cooling the air, but also its purification. Floor air conditioners are of different power, but usually it is not higher than 3 kW. Note that more is not needed, since the quality of the device will be reduced.

To the merits of mobile air conditioners, we will refer the possibility of moving them from one room to another, taking them with us to the dacha. Plus also lies in the ease of installation, good performance. Well, a significant disadvantage is noise - but this is a subjective opinion, because someone will interfere with it, and some will not.

The choice of models is considerable. And first of all you will have to start from the amount that you can spend on the purchase of such an air conditioner. There are cheaper models, there are more expensive ones. Of course, at a lower cost, you can get a low power, as well as a relatively small amount of condensate, which is very inconvenient. The smaller the condensate collector, the more often you have to drain the water, because when the capacity is full, the device will automatically turn off.

Summing up, we note that the mobile air conditioner can become a real salvation in the warm season, especially for cooling large rooms. By the way, some models have the function of heating air, and this is a considerable plus. It is also important to see the device in operation, to estimate the level of its noise. Well, no doubt, once again think about whether it will fit into your interior and whether there is a place for it, since the floor air conditioners are still bulky and not quite attractive externally.
