Fish fillet. Recipe in potato batter

For cooking, you can use absolutely any fish, guided only by your own taste. Of course, it's better to choose such that there are not even small bones in it.

600 grams of fish fillet cut into small portions with an average diameter of five centimeters. Each one is rubbed with salt and, if desired, with spices.

Approximately half a kilogram of potatoes should be peeled and grated (preferably on a large grater), add an egg and a couple of tablespoons of flour, add salt and put on your favorite seasonings. Mix thoroughly. A little later, when the potatoes give juice, it should be drained.

Next, every piece of fish fillet should be treated with batter from all sides. To do this, first he smeared on the palm, then put a piece of fish, on top again the dumpling. When stacking the fillet in a frying pan, put the pieces denser, so that during the frying process they do not fall apart.

Spread immediately on a hot pan with enough oil, and fry over medium heat under a closed lid for 10 minutes on each side.

Two carrots and a couple of celery roots grate on a large grater and send to fry in a pan. Three hundred grams of canned mushrooms finely chopped and also put to vegetables for extinguishing. Add a little water to the frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Top with a lot of vegetables and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Any fish fillet in the amount of 600 grams is sliced, salted and marinated in lemon juice.

Simultaneously, three chopped onions are put in a saucepan, poured with 200 grams of cream and stewed on very low heat for about 20 minutes. Then the onion is wrung from excess liquid and mixed with 250 grams of cheese.

We put all the ingredients in the baking dish. The first layer is carrots with aubergines, but not all, but half. Then put the fish, and on top again carrots with eggplant. And the final layer is a mass of cheese and onions.

The dish is sent to a pre-heated oven for 180 minutes for 25 minutes. After the formation of ruddy crust turn off the fire, but from the oven does not get, and wait for about 10 minutes. So the fish will reach the desired readiness quickly.
