Horseradish can be cooked by yourself or take it ready. A home-made product is, of course, preferable, as it is more fragrant and vigorous. For a salad, take:

  • A pair of carrots;
  • Smoked chicken breast;
  • Five eggs;
  • Bulb;
  • Five small potato tubers;
  • mayonnaise.

The main cooking time is spent on cooking eggs and vegetables. We start to prepare:

  1. It is necessary to cut onions into cubes and marinate in a solution of vinegar with sugar, cloves and a laurel leaf for a couple of hours.
  2. Potatoes cut into cubes, carrots rub on a large grater.
  3. Grind the crust into small cubes.
  4. The bottom of the flat dish is covered with a thin layer of horseradish.
  5. Salad of smoked chests spread in layers: potato - mayonnaise - breast - onion - carrot - mayonnaise - grated eggs.

A wonderful light salad for a festive feast. For the dietary version of the dish, instead of smoked, you should take a boiled breast, and as a dressing - oil, diluted with lemon juice. Prepare:

  • Breast of one chicken;
  • Five eggs;

Chicken salad with pineapple and pecan nuts

Do you want to surprise the guests? Such an original salad with a refreshing taste of smoked chest will be remembered for a long time. You can, of course, take walnuts, but the dish with pecans will be more refined and unique. The following products will be required:

  • Half a kilo of breasts;
  • Green Bulgarian pepper;
  • Half a glass of nuts;
  • A couple of stalks of celery;
  • A bank of pineapples;
  • A small lemon;
  • Green onions (small bunch);
  • mayonnaise.

Let's start preparing delicate salad:

  1. Breast cut thin slabs.
  2. Pour out the pineapples, cut into cubes.
  3. Cut the celery stems and onions into small pieces across the small plates.
  4. Grind the fried slightly pecans.
  5. Green the fleshy pepper cut into cubes.
  6. All products are combined, salt, pepper and gently mix. Sprinkle the salad squeezed out of lemon juice, season with mayonnaise. On top of the salad of smoked chest decorate with sprigs of basil and parsley. Cover the salad bowl with a film, let stand for half an hour in a cool place, ideally - in the refrigerator.
