And anxiety begins already at the stage of menu development. Always want to please the consumers with something interesting, but the fantasy at a certain stage begins to slip. We want to offer to cook "Pechenkin" - the salad is not only delicious and elegant, but also very useful. In addition, the dish is characterized by tenderness and juiciness, so it will surely become the most demanded of the entire assortment.

Pechenkin salad: recipe and ingredients

Nothing super expensive or exotic for a dish is not required. The main thing is the freshness of the products and their harmonious combination. The shopping list includes:

  1. Actually liver. Pork here categorically does not suit - too fat. With beef, it turns out rather dry and rude. The product is needed either avian or veal. Pechenkin salad with chicken liver in half with veal is especially tasty. The total weight is one kilogram.
  2. Cucumbers are suitable and pickled, and salted. The taste will be different, but equally delicious. Avoid is only the options in which vinegar is felt too clearly. A dozen cucumbers are taken.
  3. Eggs - five pieces. It is desirable that the yolk is bright, almost orange - but this is important except for the aesthetic appearance of the dish.
  4. The next thing that goes to "Pechenkin" (salad) - four carrots. Root crops from the same considerations are better to take a well-expressed color.
  5. Four onions can be on the bulb, you can take white salad. Under the ban, only red sweet - it is ugly when it is roasted and not too tasty.

Preparatory process

Before you build a "Pechenkin" (salad), you need to do some preparatory work. The subproduct is cooked until ready in slightly salted water, after cooling it is crushed.   1. Half of the liver.
  2. Half of fried onions.
  3. Half of cucumbers.
  4. All the carrots.
  5. All egg whites.

The remaining half of the products are added in the same sequence; On top of the salad sprinkled with yolk crumb. Before you carry a masterpiece on the table, you need to give him a couple of hours to brew.
