Yeast test recipes

1. In the milk. In theory, instead of milk, you can use plain water, it's not critical, it's just that milk is baked on milk.

A little heat the milk, put in it two large spoons of sugar and a bag of dry yeast, mix. Leave the milk stand for 15 minutes.

In a large cup, pour the spoon, mix with two eggs, put a teaspoon of salt, grate half-packs of frozen margarine. It will take about a kilogram of flour, it is better to sift it. Knead the dough and you can start cooking!

2. There are recipes for dough and kefir. Half a liter of kefir mixed with half a glass of vegetable oil, heated, but do not bring to a boil. Put in a mixture of a teaspoon of sugar and salt.

In a large bowl, pour out three glasses of flour and a bag of yeast, pour in the kefir mass and knead the dough, you'll need about a glass of flour.

The recipe for an exhaust test

Pour half a kilogram of sifted flour on the table, make a groove in the center, pour a glass of warm water into it, then send three tablespoons of vegetable oil, two already beaten eggs and a spoonful of salt.

Knead until you stop sticking to your hands. The ready mass is rolled into a ball and allowed to stand for half an hour in a warm place. After laying on the table, sprinkled with flour, just roll out a little rolling pin, and then start pulling it in all directions. Ideally, the dough should be so thin that it will shine through.

Cake test recipe

The most common recipes for the test are biscuit and sand.

1. Biscuit. A dozen eggs are divided into squirrels and yolks, the proteins are removed into the refrigerator to cool. After about half an hour to get the proteins and whip them with a pinch of salt, you should get a thick foam.

Sugar will need 10 tablespoons with a slide, but it is better to use powder instead of the usual sand. Mix half the sugar with the whites.

Now yolks grind with the remaining sugar, add a bag of vanillin and a little lemon zest. Double sift the flour (200 grams) and add to the yolks.

Next, you need to mix yolks with proteins, do it very carefully, use a wooden spatula better, mix the dough from the bottom up.

Lubricate the bottom of the mold with vegetable oil (no side), lay out the dough, bake at 160 degrees for one hour. Ready cake can be divided into several threads or lines.

2. Shortbread. It is perfect not only for making cakes, but also for baking cookies.

Put out a packet of margarine from the refrigerator so that it melts (just do not melt). Put it in a cup, where the dough will be kneaded, kneaded with a fork with a glass of flour, a pinch of salt and a couple of spoons of honey. Gradually pour 300 grams of flour and knead the dough.

It is possible to introduce various kinds of additives. For example, chopped chocolate, cocoa, nuts, raisins, vanilla, and others.

Brewed dough

It is used for baking eclairs and various kinds of cakes.

Pour half a cup of water and milk into a metal saucepan, add 100 grams of softened butter, a pinch of salt and sugar.

Put on the fire, as soon as the liquid boils, without stopping stirring with a wooden spoon, pour 150 grams of flour at a time. Reduce the heat to a minimum and constantly stir the dough for another two minutes. As a result, it will easily move away from the walls, shift it into another cup.

In this batter, break four eggs. Be sure one by one, mixing the mass after adding each. As a result, the dough will become homogeneous, the consistency of the liquid and will creep from the blade with a continuous ribbon.
