One of the most interesting people's nutrition systems was and remains raw diet. The menu for the week, the rules of the transition, the approaches to cooking - all this causes lively curiosity among those who want to lose weight, but do not agree too much to deprive themselves at the table. The second group of people asking questions about raw food is those who want to eat as cleanly as possible, without introducing into their bodies the excess components that modern food is rich in.

What is a raw diet?

The basis of this food system is the rejection of the heat treatment of products. And ideally, it should be completely excluded. Accordingly, a number of products automatically drop out of the list, so that raw food is very closely related to vegetarianism. However, it also has a cardinal difference: everything that is used by a raw food expert should not also be pickled, chemically treated or fermented. So pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut - this is not something a person practicing raw food can afford. The menu (for a week or even for one day) should not contain similar products.

Principles of Nutrition

If you practice raw food, the menu for every day is not as important as the right approach to nutrition. Namely:

  1. There is - only when hungry, without a schedule, but also not indulging in snacks.
  2. Chew - as diligently as possible. And do not eat in a hurry, under the TV or behind the newspaper.
  3. Do not eat before the upcoming workload, both physical and mental.
  4. Do not drink before or after eating.
  5. Do not overeat; Not to force to eat (first of all children).
  6. For drinking, only water is suitable, and only at the time of acute thirst.
  7. Food should not be cold and not hot.

Products should harmonize with each other; Juices are only squeezed out by you personally; Tea, soda, coffee and alcohol are struck from the food list.

In the modern world, the long-known practice of eating raw foods is used primarily to get rid of excess weight gain. It turns out to be very effective, and by the end of the first month of such nutrition one can observe a significant loss in weight. However, a return to the usual feasts very quickly returns kilograms. So, having achieved the desired, it is necessary to continue to eat the tested method, only in a lightened form: cook no more than with 75% of the products, use only steaming and baking (in foil or sleeve) and divert a significant portion of the ration for raw vegetables and fruits .

However, first you have to go through a strict raw diet. The menu for slimming should be half composed of fruits and berries, 5 percent for vegetables, 10 for concentrates (in the form of sunflower seeds, dried fruits, nuts, cottage cheese) and starchy foods designed to give the dishes satiety. If you decide to use slimming for raw diet, the menu for a week can be made according to this pattern.

  1. Breakfast: fruit. It can be 2-3 oranges, a large grapefruit, an apple with a bunch of grapes, peaches, watermelon, melon or a pair of pears with 7-8 dried figs.
  2. Lunch: salad. There is something to choose from: raw turnips with cheese; Spinach with nuts; Leaf lettuce, carrots and peas, beets.
  3. Dinner: salads, but different composition. For example, sour fruit with cheese or chopped lettuce, spinach and cabbage.

To achieve a faster result, you can drink mango smoothies in the morning and evening meals. The main fruit with a large handful of spinach, two stalks of celery, four leaves of lettuce and a small bunch of parsley make their way into the blender, they are bred with two glasses of water and are flavored with juice of medium lemon. Drink immediately!

Switching to a new power system

Special vigilance in the diet should be shown by those who are just trying to raw food. The menu for beginners, recipes for which we propose, should be freed from culinary delights from the first day. No half measures - immediately raw food! In order to rule out frequent side effects (weakness, constant feeling of hunger, dizziness), it would be nice to get hungry beforehand: this will make adaptation less acute.

Next: breakfast for a beginner must be made of juicy fruits. At first you can afford a somewhat larger volume. Lunch and dinner can consist of the usual salads (without processed products and with the replacement of mayonnaise / sour cream with lean oil or lemon juice). Salt and seasonings from the ingredients are removed, sugar, polished rice and flour are reduced to a minimum. To replace meat in the early days recommended increased use of nuts.

What's the first?

  3. Spicy soup. Coconut pulp from one nut is combined with water (in equal parts), supplemented with crushed peanuts (glass), garlic, herbs (dill, celery, coriander) and seaweed. A spoonful of honey and half a glass of good olive oil poured in. Lunch for four is ready.

Second raw food

Here there is an even greater variety, since many familiar dishes can be adapted for raw food. The menu for the week can include:

  1. Pea porridge. The beans are soaked for a half a day, washed and scraped to the desired consistency with clean water. For more goodies, raisins are added.
  2. Sweet porridge for which sunflower seeds and chopped walnuts (half a glass) are combined, two tablespoons of honey, banana and apple cubes, raisins.
  3. Vegetable cutlets. Sunflower seeds are crushed, carrots rubbed. Both components are taken in the volume of the glass. Add the Bulgarian pepper diced, parsley, celery (two spoons) and half a glass of celery. 3 spoons of flax seeds are poured into the mixture, cutlets are molded and placed in a barely heated oven (40 grams) for 6 hours.

Dishes and snacks

Suitable for dinner and do not violate the basic principles of raw food. For example, nut cheese. Two full glasses of almonds are milled to the consistency of flour, poured the same volume of water and filtered through a dense fabric or gauze in several layers. "Mature" cheese will be eight hours; After solidification seasoned with coriander with lemon juice and decorated with greens.
