Diet Habibi - the ideal way to lose weight quickly, without denying yourself food

You want to lose weight and bring your figure in order. Then you have the question: "What diet to adhere to?" There is a wide variety of its species, based on any person's preferences. But the most effective is the protein diet.

Diet Habibi (its other name - egg diet) is designed for 4 weeks. The basis of it are eggs. They are low-calorie (70-100 kcal in one egg), in its composition have substances and trace elements, necessary for brain nutrition, memory improvement, blood coagulability. When you eat eggs, you quickly get a feeling of fullness, and you will not be haunted by a constant feeling of hunger, as is the case with some other diets.

Allows this diet to calculate the weight that best suits you according to anthropometric parameters.

Egg diet allows the following foods to be eaten: eggs (chicken or quail), low-fat fish and meat, poultry (chicken, turkey), low-fat dairy products without sugar, vegetables (except potatoes), fruits (except grapes, bananas, dates ), Bread from a flour of a rough grinding with bran, low-fat cheese. Categorically prohibited foods for the diet: alcohol, sugar, margarine.

Diet Habibi Provides 3 meals:

  1. Breakfast. It only consists of eggs and citrus fruits. Usually it is 2 eggs and an orange.
  2. Dinner. Includes boiled or baked meat, fish, poultry (without skin), vegetables can be in raw, stewed or baked form. Of fruit, you should choose only one species. If you do not want meat, then it is replaced with cheese or cottage cheese.
  3. Dinner. Eggs, cottage cheese, any allowed vegetables, one kind of fruit, cracker or toast, all in small quantities.

To have a snack is undesirable, but if you really can not wait for dinner or dinner, you can have a snack with raw vegetables or fruit. The amount of food consumed must be such that the saturation of the organism has come. Of the drinks allowed unsweetened tea, coffee (in small quantities), freshly squeezed juices, still mineral water. The last appointment should be written no later than 18.00.

The best use of soft-boiled eggs, as the body will fully absorb them. It is desirable to eat citrus first, since they have a narrowing effect on the stomach. If you have an allergy to eggs and citrus fruits, your blood cholesterol level is high and there are chronic diseases, then the Habibie diet is contraindicated.

By sticking to this diet, you can lose 5-10 kg in weight in a month, but this is only possible when all the rules are met. Weight will not return to you in the event that you will eat properly after the end of the diet. After the diet is completed (after 4 weeks), do not immediately jump at sweets, rolls and other "harmful" goodies, gradually adapt your body. You can go back to the process of losing weight in a month or two.

The Habibie diet is based on chemical reactions that occur in the human body when eating foods that are allowed by this diet. If you rely on the feedback of losing weight, then this diet really works and allows you to achieve good results.
