Delicious recipes: muffins on kefir

Cranberry and strawberry, apple and oat - muffins can be very diverse, as they say, for every taste. To prepare a portion sufficient for a small company or family dinner, it will take no more than 40 minutes. It's not just delicious cakes - muffins often contain very useful products, such as nuts, oatmeal, berries, and muffins on kefir are often baked.

There are several secrets to cooking this dish.

1. For their preparation need molds with ribbed edges.

2. Dough into molds must be applied without a hump, because It fits.

3. Bake muffins, usually 20 minutes.

Muffins on yogurt with oatmeal and apples

To make this dessert you will need flour - 160 g, sugar - 100 g, a glass of kefir, 2.5 cups of oatmeal flakes, 1 egg, a couple of large apples, powdered sugar and a baking powder.

Sift flour, add flakes (they should be instant cooking), sugar, shabby apples without peel and baking powder. Separately, beat the egg with yogurt and butter and pour the resulting mixture into the flour (very carefully, stirring, so as not to form lumps). We spread the dough into molds and bake. When the muffins are baked, they should be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Muffins with cranberries and pumpkin

Ingredients: 1 stack. Pumpkin puree, cranberry, muesli, flour and sugar in the same amount, 2 eggs, baking powder, vegetable oil - 80 grams, half a glass of chopped nuts (hazelnuts and walnuts) and the same amount of milk.

Mix muesli with flour and powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with milk and sugar, then add this mixture to the flour. There we also lay out pumpkin puree, cranberries and nuts. Be sure to mix everything well, and then put it in shape and bake it.

Muffins with raisins and oatmeal

Ingredients: one and a half cup oat flakes, slightly less flour, baking powder and cinnamon for 1 tsp. You will also need raisins (1 glass), ¾ tsp. Soda, ¾ of the stack. Milk, half a glass of brown sugar and 1 egg white.

Mix flakes with cinnamon, soda and baking powder, add milk, butter, sugar, protein, mix everything well, then add raisins. The resulting test is filled with molds, pre-oiled, and baked.

Muffins on yogurt with blueberries

Necessary products: 2 eggs, 120 g butter, half a glass of sugar, 120 ml. Kefir, 2 times more flour, 1 tsp. Baking powder and a half glass of blueberries (frozen or fresh).

Mix dry ingredients, in a separate bowl, rub sugar and oil, one by gently introducing eggs, then kefir. The resulting mixture is poured into a flour and mixed. Then add blueberries. Put the dough into molds for ¾ of the height, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in the oven.

Chocolate muffins on kefir

Ingredients: 1 faceted glass of flour and sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g of butter, one and half cups of kefir, ½ cup of cocoa, 3 tables. Spoons of sour cream, baking powder (2 tsp), vanilla sugar and bitter chocolate.

We prepare the muffins as usual: mix the dry mixtures in one container, mix the liquid in another, and then mix it. Chop the chocolate bar into pieces and add it to the dough too. Molds for 2/3 fill the dough and bake.

Sour cream muffins with dried cranberries

For cooking, you need 1 cup of dried cranberries, as much as boiled water and sugar, two and a half glasses of flour, a couple of spoons of baking powder, lemon peel, melted butter, ¾ cup sour cream, half a glass of milk, 2 eggs and about a spoonful of lemon juice.

For 10 minutes, pour the cranberries with boiling water, then dry. Mix the flour with cranberries, baking powder, sugar and zest. Then with a fork or a false one, we interpose the rest of the ingredients. The resulting dough is placed in a mold and baked.

Cream muffins with plums

Ingredients: 300 grams of fatty cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 15 grams of butter, as much flour, 400 g of pickled cream, 50 grams of rum and baking powder.

Remove the bones from the sinks and cut them into pieces, pour rum and let them marinate during the night. In the morning mix the eggs, softened butter, cottage cheese and sugar, enter there flour and rum, in which the plums marinated. We mix the dough well and put it into the molds. From above put the pieces of plums, slightly pressing them into the dough, and bake in the oven.
