Delicious pancakes with milk. Recipe from moms and grandmothers

Pancakes - originally Russian dish. Recipes and ways of preparing this folk dainties were passed down from generation to generation. They were prepared for the holidays and included in the daily diet. Pancakes welcomed the guests. These delicate dough products were an integral part of any feast. Basically, they are cooked on the basis of milk or dairy products (kefir, yogurt). There's nothing easier than making pancakes on milk. Recipe of them knows any mistress. The simplest version will take very little time: 10 minutes to prepare, and the rest depends on the appetite. Very delicious are the most common thick pancakes in milk, the recipe of which is quite simple. For preparation it is required: for 300 grams of flour 60 grams of preheated creamy butter, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one and a half glasses of milk, a pinch of salt and 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder.

The process takes place in several stages:

  1. Whisk the milk, sugar, eggs with a mixer or a regular coronet.
  2. In a saucepan, mix the sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Combine the products together and replace the thick elastic dough. Add butter (slightly melted) and mix all the contents well. Now the dough should ripen a little (5 minutes).
  4. Hot frying pan oiled with vegetable and put into it two tablespoons of the finished dough. Gently distribute it over the entire area and fry for a couple of minutes. Once the pancake darkens around the edges, you need to turn it around and continue to fry on the other side for another minute.

Lush and delicate pancakes are obtained on milk. This recipe has not let anyone down. They can be eaten with butter, sour cream or jam. In any case, the pleasure is guaranteed. Such pancakes in milk, the recipe and technology of preparation of which are presented above, are fundamental for other options.

Indeed, pancakes are a whole epoch in the history of cooking. And the recipes here can be very different. Take, for example, a dough. After all, it depends on it, which will eventually result in a finished product. The dough for pancakes in milk does not have to be thick. If you cook it sufficiently liquid consistency, the pancakes will turn out to be thin and delicate. It is not difficult to do this. For this option, you will need: half a liter of cow's whole milk, 200 grams of flour, 3 eggs of chicken, 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt, and a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil.

To prepare such a dough it is necessary according to the following technology:

  1. Mix flour, salt and sugar with eggs until smooth, without any lumps.
  2. Gradually, in small doses, add milk and knead the dough. In the end, it should turn out to be rather liquid.

Fry such pancakes as usual in a heated frying pan, oiled vegetable oil, 2 minutes on one side and 1 minute after turning over.

Sometimes there is a situation where you need to bake pancakes, and there are no eggs at hand. Nothing wrong. Even in this case there is a way out. There is a recipe by which you can easily make pancakes without eggs on milk. Of the products on the desktop should be: a half liter of milk, a tablespoon of sour cream, and a half teaspoons of salt and soda, 4 full glasses of flour, half a cup of sugar and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Spoons of sunflower oil.

Now you can start cooking:

  1. Soda mix thoroughly with sour cream.
  2. In a large bowl, mix slightly warmed milk, sugar, flour, salt and soda with sour cream. On the surface of the finished mixture, small bubbles immediately appear.
  3. Gradually add the butter and finally knead the dough.
  4. On a greased frying pan pour a spoon (or ladle) dough and bake a pancake on both sides.
