Required products:

  • Sweet pepper of green color - 1,4 kg;
  • Ripe tomatoes - 600 g;
  • Onions - 2 pcs .;
  • Pork fat - 90 g;
  • Smoked bacon - 60 g;
  • Sweet paprika - 5 g;
  • salt.

Pepper mine, remove the seeds and cut into long thin strips. Next, we prepare tomatoes: scalded with boiling water, peel. Randomly cut the onions. Melt the pork fat in a frying pan and fry the smoked bacon, diced. When the fat is cooked, add the onion to the frying pan, fry together. In the received mass we pour out paprika, tomatoes and pepper. Stir and stew until cooked. It is this recipe that is authentic, although it does not look much like the ones we know.

The recipe for a tasty lecho for the winter

  • Sweet pepper - 1 kg;
  • Tomato paste - 1 kg;
  • Sugar - 2 liters. Dining rooms;

The process of preparing this lecho is very simple. We take a colorful pepper and randomly cut. Now we prepare homemade tomato paste. To do this, through a meat grinder or a blender we let tomatoes pass. The resulting mass is put on the fire and welded in 2 times. In the pasta, add the pepper, salt and sugar. Cook with constant stirring for about 30 minutes. Next, in the prepared sterilized jars we lay the resulting mixture and roll it up. Delicious lecho for the winter is ready. Everything is extremely simple!
