Creativity of Students - For the Benefit of the Family

In November the contest of creative works "Family and the City: Odinochestva.net!" Was completed in Moscow. Initiative for the implementation of the project belonged to the individual entrepreneur Zolotov Alexei Yuryevich. The competition was supported by the Department of Family and Youth Policy in Moscow.

The social and political problems inherent in modern Russia have a bad effect on the well-being of the young family: the number of divorces is growing, a large number of children are born in unregistered marriages, the psychology of young people is increasingly oriented toward personal success and profit. Such processes lead to the substitution of family values, the degradation of the institution of the family.

The contest of creative works "Family and city: Solitude. No!" Aimed to increase the level of responsibility of young Muscovites in the issues of creating a family, to give the youth maximum information about family rights and duties of spouses, children and parents, to revive the ideals of traditional Russian family values.

To participate in the contest "Family and city: Solitude. No!" Organizers attracted about five thousand students of creative professions. As competition works, unusual examples of social advertising related to the promotion of family values and marriage were adopted for the competition.

At the initial stage of the contest, a series of interactive micro-seminars on overcoming family conflicts, the responsible choice of a partner in life, and the prevention of divorces in young families were held for participants.

To implement the objectives of the competition, a competitive commission was created from members of well-known Moscow families, public figures whose work is aimed at preserving family values.

In support of the participants of the contest a series of actions was held in the universities of Moscow. As a result of the actions, student headquarters were organized to coordinate the collection of competitive works, distribution of promotional products about the competition.

The results of the contest were evaluated during ten discussion sites. Everyone was able to express their opinion on the competition works.

In the presence of media representatives, ten winners of the contest "Family and city: Solitude. No!" Were awarded at the contest's gala finale.
