Knit crochet hooks and knitting needles

Many housewives try to decorate their kitchen, give it originality and own style. For this, there are great opportunities even in the smallest kitchen area. And in a big one you can give a full scope of imagination. Unusual lamps, beautiful curtains or blinds on the window, paintings, compositions of dried flowers - this is just a small list of what will help make the kitchen unique. And it's especially valuable if something is done by yourself.

For example, kitchen potholders for hot dishes. Knitting crochet hooks is not such a great wisdom. Knit them better from thick yarn (acrylic or cotton), hook at least number 3,5. You can alternate the rows of yarn of different colors. In general, knitting crochet hooks is an interesting and creative activity.

As a rule, potholes knit square. To do this, you need to tie a ring from the air loops, which in the next row should be tied with columns with a crochet in a multiple of 4 (for example, 12). Then, in each subsequent row, knit with crochet strips, four times through an equal number of loops, tying two loops from one hinge with an air loop between them. Thus, the tug angles are formed. The ready-made tack is tied along the contour with a thread of contrasting color by the first row of columns without a crochet or "step by step". In this case, above one of the corners, you can make a loop (a string of air loops), for which it will then be convenient to hang the hook on the hook.

Similarly, you can make a double tack. In this case, you need to tie two identical squares, fold them together and tie them together with a decorative one next to the eyelet, connecting the two parts in the process of knitting.

You can associate a double stitch in another way: make a rectangle in the ratio 1: 2 and fold it in half. This way you get a double-thickness potholder. Rectangular form is easier to knit not from the middle, like a square, but in straight rows. That is, first you need to tie a chain of air loops, the length of which is equal to the length of the side of the future square tack. All subsequent rows are joined by columns with a crochet (or, if necessary, denser - columns without a crochet). In order to master the simplest knitting crochet hooks, it is enough to know the basics.

Craftsmen, who have good skills, can tie a tack in the form of a circle, a rhombus, a leaf, berries, a house, etc.

In general knitting stitches - crochet or knitting needles - has many options. The most suitable of them for knitting with knitting needles is a rectangle folded in half.

But there is a way to knit a double cloth at once. Take the simplest version - the facial smooth surface. By typing the number of loops, corresponding to the length of one of the sides of the tack, in the first row after each knotted loop is made a cape. In the next (purl) row, these nakidy are tied face, and all the loops of the previous row are simply removed on the spoke. At the same time, the working thread must remain behind, behind the cloth. Now we knit all the rows in the same way: we sew the front loops, we remove them on the knitting needle. It turns out such a bag. In the last row, the hinges are closed in pairs in order to return to their original number.

With a good selection of yarn, any knitted potholders - with spokes or hooks - look very elegant in the kitchen. They can be either monophonic or multicolored: in stripes, in a box or with an etched pattern. You can make embroidery or applique on monochrome stitches.

As another of the options for decorating the home, you can make the stitches for curtains yourself. They can be sewn from the same fabric as the curtains themselves, or, conversely, contrasting colors, knit or crochet, weave or make embroidery on the fabric tape. If it's the curtains hanging in the children's room, the sticks can be decorated with small soft toys, images of little animals, flowers or cartoon characters.
