This time you will need a glass of flour, an egg, a hundred grams of margarine or butter, 1 cup of sugar, four tablespoons of condensed milk, a tablespoon of ground cinnamon, a teaspoon of hydrated soda with lemon juice or half a bag of baking powder. We mix from all components a homogeneous and elastic dough. We wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the cooled dough no more than 1 centimeter thick. We cut the cookies with the help of shaped molds or with a knife for baking. On the baking sheet covered with baking paper or food foil, lay out the biscuit pieces and bake it outside the heated oven to its full capacity. Ready to bake powder sprinkled with powdered sugar mixed with ground cinnamon and put in a bowl.

Delicious cookies are obtained by adding to it not only cinnamon, but also ginger and oriental spices. Such a delicacy is capable of giving pleasure and warming up in a dank evening. Perfect for winter evening tea drinking. To make such delicious pastries, you need two glasses of flour, 1 glass of sugar, vanillin, one hundred grams of margarine, egg, a bag of baking powder, a tablespoon of ginger, a teaspoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of a mixture of ground cloves, cardamom, nutmeg.

From all components we knead an elastic and homogeneous dough. We leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. A piece of the finished dough is rolled out on a powdered powdered table into a layer, the thickness of which is not more than 0.5 centimeters. Cut out cookies of any shape. We cover the baking tray with baking paper or food foil and lay out the biscuit pieces. Bake until golden brown. To remove cookies is necessary on time, otherwise it will become firm. Store such pastries only under the lid or eat hot. Only in this way it remains soft. When cooled, the cookie does not become less tasty.
