Communion in English: examples of use

Communion in the English language plays a more significant role than the participle in the Russian language. The participles are not only independent members of the proposal, they also form part of many temporary forms, fulfilling an official role. The Russian language has two special forms of the verb: the gerund and participle. English is bypassed by two kinds of participles, which, if used as independent members of a sentence, can be translated both by Russian participles and gerunds.

Communion of English

Communion 1. It is also called the present participle. Participates in the formation of long forms of the verb. The meaning of duration is characteristic for this participle and for independent use. The first participle in the English language is formed by attaching to the basis of the verb ending -ing. For example:

Read - read, reading - reading, reading;

Cut - cutting, cutting - cutting, slitting;

Deliver - delivering, delivering.

Communion 2. It is also called the past participle. It is used not only independently, but also for the formation of completed forms of the verb, therefore, it has a hint of completeness. It is formed either by attaching to the stem of the verb ending -ed, or, if the verb is incorrect, is taken in the table of irregular verbs. For example:

Read - read, red - (about) read;

Cut - cut, cut - cut;

Deliver - delivered, delivered.

First Communion in English: forms

There are four forms of the First Communion in total. Please note that the past tense forms do not exist in a valid voice.

The form of Perfect in the real voice is having written.

The form of Perfect in the passive voice - having been written.

These participles can be translated by definition. But often it is much easier to translate the subordinate clause. In the examples below, this will be clearly seen.

Second Communion in English: forms

Communion 2, in contrast to the present participle, has only one temporary form. It is usually translated by the participle of the perfect or imperfect species in the passive voice, or by impersonal sentences. For example:

The houses built in that village were strange. "The houses built in this village were strange.

When given a brush, try to paint. - When you give a brush - draw when the song sounds .

Examples of participle use

But not being respected in his own home. "But he is not respected in his own house." - Communion 2 is used in the form of the present tense in the passive voice.

Jenna had told her that she was about to die , and she had been left alone with her. - Jenna told her about the upcoming trip, and when she protested against being alone with Ted, her mother made it clear to her what it was that was dependent on. - Here the first participle is used in the present tense, in the real pledge (impending trip, impending - to approach), and also the sacrament in the present tense, but already in the passive voice (being left-to be abandoned). Note that here being left is translated as a subordinate Th sentence.

Those who were tried and condemned by these shamans were doomed to die. - Subjected to trial and convicted by shamans, these unhappy people were doomed to death. - The present participle, the perfect form, in the passive voice.
