Recently has entered our almost daily diet and coconut. Of course, the great merit is that the Russian consumer so loved the exotic fruit, belongs to the candies "Bounty" and "Raphaelo." Delicate taste of delicacies is simply magnificent - and it is impossible to resist it! Then coconut shavings became widely used in cooking , which can be perfectly used as decoration for cakes and pastries of any complexity. Now the culinary specialists - both professionals and amateurs - have embarked on the development of another component of the exotic nut - coconut milk. It turned out that with his help you can cook a lot of great dishes, both sweet and meat.

The market immediately responded to the request of housewives and produced coconut milk canned - a kind of mushy product consisting of coconut milk and small shavings. However, not everywhere this luxury is available, and the price is not too big, so the question arose: how to cook coconut milk yourself? The recipe is very simple: coconut shaving (this product in stores is no longer a deficit) to grind in a coffee grinder and combine with milk - it will take 0.5 liters. Shavings will go 200 grams, sugar - a tablespoon. All components are mixed, put on the fire and bring to a boil. The lamb's recipe with almonds

For cooking, you need a pound of meat, a bulb, an apple, a couple of carrots, seasonings to taste (good to take cumin, turmeric), olive oil, flakes of almonds and, of course, coconut milk. The recipe is simple: the meat is quickly fried in a small amount of butter. Dried on a napkin. Then all the ingredients are added to the cauldron and stew for about 35 minutes - until the mutton becomes tender. Pieces of meat should not be large - about 3 cm. Serve with almonds. Coconut milk completely interrupts the smell of mutton, and the taste is simply amazing!

Panna cotta

And now - sweet tooth, adoring coconut milk. The recipe for panna-cotta will require: 400 g of coconut milk, slightly more cream, 5 leaves of gelatin, a spoonful of brown sugar, mango and 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Gelatin soak, boil milk and cream, add gelatine to the resulting mass. Give the delicacy to freeze in the refrigerator. To decorate the dessert, use mango, fried in a frying pan in brown sugar. It seems that such a dessert can surprise even the most spoiled sweet tooth!
