Chili soup: recipe with beans and minced meat

  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • 400 grams of canned beans.
  • 800 milliliters of chicken broth.
  • 700 grams of tomatoes in its own juice (without skins).
  • 4 squares of bitter chocolate.
  • Salt and spices.

Process description

This recipe for chili soup is very simple. Therefore, even a beginner can cope with its preparation. In the pot, pour a little lean oil, warm it and fry in it chopped onion and chopped garlic. As soon as the vegetables become transparent, they are laid out with minced meat and continue to cook, using a crush for mashed potatoes.

Ten minutes later, the beans are sent to the pan, from which all the liquid has been drained and the tomatoes cut into cubes. All this is poured with broth, salted and seasoned with spices. As soon as the chili soup with minced meat boils, pieces of chocolate are lowered into the pan and the fire is reduced. After half an hour, the prepared dish is poured over plates and sprinkled with herbs. If desired, the soup can be decorated with olives.

Option with corn

This nutritious and flavorful dish is prepared very simply and quickly. It consists of easily accessible and budgetary ingredients, the purchase of which does not affect the state of your wallet in any way. Since this soup recipe requires certain components, inspect the contents of your refrigerator in advance. This time it should include:

  • 800 grams of pork or ground beef.
  • A couple of big bell peppers.
  • 400 grams of canned corn.
  • The head of garlic.
  • 800 grams of tomatoes in its own juice.
  • A pair of onion bulbs.
  • 400 grams of red canned beans.
  • On a teaspoon of ground spices (paprika, chili and zira).
  • Salt.

After a quarter of an hour, corn kernels and canned beans are sent there, from which all the liquid was previously drained. After ten minutes, the saucepan is removed from the hob. Ready-made chili soup with beans is poured over plates, seasoned with sour cream and served on a dining table.

Option with tomato paste and cocoa

This hot Mexican soup not only warms up on long winter evenings, but also cheers after a busy day. It turns out not only very tasty, but also satisfying enough. This recipe for chili soup is slightly different from previous versions. Therefore, before you go to the stove, be sure to see if you have at hand all the required products. In this case, you will need:

  • A pound of ground meat.
  • A pair of onion bulbs.
  • A pod of hot pepper.
  • A couple of cloves of garlic.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • Bank of canned beans.
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper and cumin.
  • Bank of canned tomatoes.
  • A teaspoon of cocoa.
  • 700 milliliters of tomato paste.
  • Salt and any hard cheese.

Algorithm of preparation

At the bottom of the pot pour a little refined lean oil, warm it up and add stuffing. To the fried meat, add chopped onion and chopped paprika. All this is sprinkled with ground cumin, salt and chopped garlic. All is well mixed and blown over at minimum heat.

Literally, after a few minutes, canned tomatoes are spread in a pot of soup. All this is poured with tomato paste, a little water, cover and cook for at least forty-five minutes. Then, salt, sugar, a can of canned beans and powdered cocoa are added to the soup. There also add a little more drinking water and cook at minimum heat for a quarter of an hour. After fifteen minutes, the pan is removed from the hob. Ready soup is poured on plates, sprinkled with any grated cheese of hard varieties and served for a family dinner. If desired, it can be decorated with fresh herbs of parsley or dill.
