Cherry wine: recipe for 4 low-alcohol drinks

Cherry wine , the recipe of which is distinguished by a special simplicity, always turns out to be fragrant and tasty. It should be noted that absolutely everyone can make such a weak and natural alcoholic drink. After all, for the preparation of red wine, you only need to collect a small amount of ripe cherries and buy granulated sugar.

Cherry wine: recipe number 1

Necessary ingredients:

  • Burgundy ripe cherries - 3 kg;
  • Drinking water - 3 liters;
  • Granulated sugar - 3 kg.

Cooking process

Ripe cherries are required to be washed in a colander, put in a large bottle, and then add to it self-cooked sugar syrup. After that, the neck of the dishes should be covered with gauze. In this condition, the fruit sweet mass should be kept for about one and a half or two months, after which the liquid must be filtered and poured over plastic or glass bottles.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Cherry juice freshly squeezed - 10 l;
  • Sand sugar - from 1,6 to 4 kg (the amount depends on the sweetness of the fruit);
  • Drinking water - from 2.6 to 5.6 liters (depending on the sweetness of the fruit);
  • Citric acid - 10 g.

Cooking process

Ripe burgundy cherries are required to be washed in a colander, completely rid of liquid, and then crumble with a mortar along with bones and squeeze juice well with gauze. After that, in the same dishes, you must pour in granulated sugar, citric acid, pour in the drinking water and put it in a dark cabinet for fermentation. Further, a weak alcoholic beverage should be prepared according to standard technology.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Ripe cherry maroon - 3 kg;
  • Sand sugar - 1.6 kg;
  • Drinking water (boiling water) - 4 liters;
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 110 ml;
  • Active yeast - 1 small spoon.

Cooking process

Ripe cherry fruit fruits should be sorted, cleared from pedicels and other debris, and then washed in cool water. After that, the cherry needs to be poured with non-tight boiling water and insisted under the press for 4 days. At the end of time, the mixture must be filtered, add the sugar, active yeast, freshly squeezed lemon juice and put in a dark closet for 2-3 weeks. After that, the mass should be mixed and insisted for 5 months. Next, the wine must be bottled, tightly closed and put in a cellar for another 30 days.

Necessary ingredients:

  • Ripe cherry maroon - 4,6 kg;
  • Sand sugar - 400 g.

Cooking process

Ripe cherries should be sorted, cleaned from the pedicels, it is good to wash and dry. Next, you need to remove the bones from the fruits and put them aside, and pound the flesh. The resulting mass is required to be put in a keg (preferably wooden). Bones should be weighed, take a sixth of them, crush them together with sugar and add to the fruits of the cherry tree. Packaging with a mixture is recommended to bury in sand at 1/3 of the height.

It should be specially noted that such a recipe for cherry wine requires constant control over the fact that the wooden barrel has always been filled (if necessary, it should be topped with freshly squeezed cherry juice ). After the drink stops fermenting, the container should be closed and stored in a cool room for exactly 2 months. At the end of time, the wine must be filtered, bottled and kept in the cellar for about six months.
