Cardiomagnet - application in clinical practice

Undoubtedly, in modern clinical practice, the drug "Cardiomagnolo", the use of which every day increases, is one of the best drugs used to prevent unwanted thrombosis. But in real life, patients to prevent blood clotting can be prescribed different drugs, which include a small dose of aspirin - it is important to understand what drug is actually shown in one or another case

Aspirin: cardiomagnesium and its analogues

Acetylsalicylic acid is truly a unique medicine - the history of its use is more than 100 years, and almost every decade becomes aware of the next area of successful use of the drug. Initially, this drug was used to quickly and effectively reduce temperature in patients with various types of fever, then it became known that the drug had anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect and this medication was prescribed for the treatment of rheumatism and other diseases with active joint damage. The next stage, oddly enough, was the use of preservative effects of aspirin - it began to actively add instead of vinegar to marinades domestic housewives and in the period of mass home preparations to buy acetylsalicylic acid in pharmacies became very difficult.

But in the early 70s of the last century it became known about the possibility of using aspirin to prevent unwanted thrombosis - a cardiomagnet was created, the use of which in patients with heart and vascular diseases allowed to save several million human lives. It was at this time that various analogues of the cardiomagne were created, which had one significant drawback - the irritating effect of the molecules of the active substance on the mucosa of the digestive tract. Therefore, any drugs that included acetylsalicylic acid and other salicylates could not be prescribed for the treatment of patients with concomitant pathology of the digestive tract or could become the cause of ulceration of the mucous membrane. In this case, the appointment of any dosage form of aspirin became like a slow-acting mine - it was known that complications would still develop, but there was a chance that after the main goal of using the drug was reached. A cardiomagnet, the application of which is really safe, has turned many concepts in modern surgery, therapy, obstetrics, rheumatology and other fields of medicine.

Cardiomagnet - a revolution in the use of antithrombotics

That is why attempts to create the perfect aspirin drug have never been left - doctors and pharmacists have tried to develop a safe scheme of use. For this purpose, diets, special schemes of application, a continuous course with very small doses or a massive injection of a sufficiently large amount of the preparation in a short period of time were used, even attempts were made to create a dosage form for parenteral administration, but no special success was achieved.

That is why a special dosage form was created-a cardiomagnon, the use of which made it possible even for prolonged use of the drug in problem patients. The main feature of this remedy was the combination in one tablet of acetylsalicylic acid and magnesium hydroxide, which protects the mucosa of the digestive tract from the harmful effect of the main component.

In addition, this drug is currently the only form in which the minimum amount of aspirin is offered in two dosages - 75 and 150 mg, so when deciding whether to prescribe a cardiomagnolo or thrombotic ass, most doctors tend to the first option. This allows you to select the really necessary amount of acetylsalicylic acid depending on the situation (prevention or treatment of thrombosis) and the patient does not need to share a small tablet, which is very inconvenient.
