But, you see, we are all different, that's why the size of portions will be significantly different. And this means that the caloric content of cooked pasta will also depend on the amount.

But those who eat empty pasta very little, usually we have a habit of adding butter to them, and it, like pasta, has a high calorie content. As a result, in 100 grams of our dish of pasta and butter, the calorie content will be somewhere around 500 calories. And if you eat a full portion of 300 grams, then all 1500. Where does this caloric content of boiled macaroni come from? The thing is that they are made of flour, eggs and butter, in which a large number of calories, and when mixed it turns out, as if we ate a bun.

Nevertheless, it is macaroni that gives the greatest result when losing weight. Macaroni diet is recognized as one of the best. But why does this happen? Let's try to figure it out.

Many people know that pasta products are a source of carbohydrates. But these carbohydrates are not as fast as in other foods. It helps macaroni to digest for a lot of time. And it happens because a substance like glycogen enters our blood very slowly. That is why, when eating pasta, we constantly go well-fed and do not feel hunger for a long time. This plus contributes to the fact that we rarely begin to approach the refrigerator for another portion of food.

But this is not the only positive thing. The second plus is that eating macaroni promotes the production of a "hormone of happiness" called serotonin. It helps us to overcome depression.

Another plus - macaroni contain fat in very small quantities. And the menu, which consists of all kinds of horns, spaghetti, shells and noodles, has a huge number of dishes. So the diet will not be monotonous and boring.

But at the same time it should be remembered that pasta macaroni and food should be consumed only those pasta, components of which are solid varieties of wheat. Yes, and cook them only in accordance with the instructions that can be read on the package. On average, cooking ranges from 10 to 12 minutes.

During a macaroni diet, sugar should not be eaten in any way, and salt should preferably be replaced with stone or sea salt. You can drink absolutely everything, but the pharynx should be small.

If you follow a strict diet, the caloric content of pasta boiled will vary slightly. For example, breakfast usually amounts to something about 250 kcal, and a small snack that goes after it 50 kcal. Lunch and the following supper together contain 350 kcal. As a result, up to 1000 kcal per day is obtained. Now it is understandable why the figure on the scales decreases after each weighing, and the mood constantly raises to uncertain heights.

I would also like to emphasize the caloric content of pasta and dried macaroni. The fact that the pasta itself during cooking is doubled, while their calories in the same amount of times decreases. The version that the pasta is full of fat is wrong. Fester from foods that contain insulin, which turns carbohydrates into subcutaneous fat. It is these actions that occur with those who eat sweet.

Macaroni, on the contrary, contribute to weight loss, unless of course you poured them some fat sauce, or threw a piece of butter in them.
