Cake "Svetlana": a recipe for baking in a frying pan

The lack of an oven in the kitchen is not a reason to refuse a home cake. And we are not talking about store cakes, which you can simply smear at home with your favorite cream. Delicious and simple to prepare cake can be made with a pan. This cake is called "Svetlana". How to bake cakes in a frying pan, how to make a delicious cream and collect the cake, we will tell in our article.

Cake "Svetlana": recipe for cakes

Cooking begins with kneading the dough for the cake. Do this in the following sequence:

  1. Mix 1 egg into the foam with a mixer. Without stopping to beat, add 380 ml of condensed milk.
  2. In the egg-milk mixture add sifted flour (3 tbsp.) And soda vinegar (1 tsp).
  3. Knead first with a spoon and then with the hands of an elastic dough, collect it in a bowl, and then divide into 8-10 parts. The amount of cake depends on the diameter of your frying pan.
  4. Heat the frying pan over high heat.
  5. Roll out the cakes of the desired diameter, shift them to a frying pan and oven like pancakes for a minute on each side.
  6. Remove the hot cake from the frying pan on the table, place a plate of suitable diameter on top and cut off the edges evenly.
  7. In a similar way, bake all the cakes in a frying pan.

Cut off the cakes not to throw out, and a little more to dry in a frying pan, cool and grind in a blender or using a rolling pin into a crumb.

Custard Cream

While the cakes cool, you need to prepare a cream for the cake. It perfectly permeates cakes, which makes the cake "Svetlana" gentle and pleasant to the taste. Experiment with other creams is not desirable.

The sequence of its preparation is as follows:

  1. In a saucepan, boil the milk (750 ml).
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 250 grams of sugar. Add 70 g of flour.
  3. Pour in the egg mass a little hot, but not boiling, milk. Mix well, pour into a saucepan and put on a stove to a light fire.
  4. Cook the cream without forgetting to stir until it is thick enough.
  5. In a hot cream put butter (180 g). Stir to a homogeneous consistency.

How to collect and decorate the cake "Svetlana"?

To assemble the cake, all the cakes are sandwiched with a warm cream. For one cake it should be spread about 3-4 tablespoons.

When the cake is ready, it is sprinkled on top and side with cooked crumbs. Very cute is the cake "Svetlana", decorated with fresh berries. Ready dessert should be a little soaked at room temperature (about an hour), after which it should be put in the refrigerator for another 6 hours.
