It dries very fast and, as a result, hardens hard, so it is not recommended to use it to cover the entire cake completely, but prefer to make various figures or flowers from mastic with it.

All products for decorating cakes or pastries, made of mastic, are recommended to be wrapped in a food film and stored in a refrigerator or freezer before being directly placed on confectionery.
