Bread sticks with sesame seeds are inexpensive but tasty and beautiful snack foods that will help you demonstrate your culinary skills. They can also replace a regular loaf. One kilogram of premium flour will need fifty grams of yeast, two tablespoons of sugar, three pinches of salt, one hundred grams of vegetable oil and one hundred grams of light sesame. Measure out exactly half a liter of warm water and pour into a deep container, add sugar and yeast, stir. Leaving this mixture for twenty minutes in a warm place, you can observe the gradual activation of yeast. On the surface of the water will appear bubbles, which are then converted to foam. Then add salt and sprinkle a kilogram of sifted flour in portions. Knead the dough, pour in the vegetable oil at the end of the batch. Then leave for twenty minutes at room temperature. Once again, knead and let go a second time. Divide into thin strips, each roll in sesame and spin into a spiral. Bake on parchment paper.

Finely slice the meat. Grate the cheese on a grater, add to it two spoons of mayonnaise and crushed garlic (you can also put a paste of baked sweet pepper, this will add piquancy).
