  • In a small saucepan squeeze out the juice from two limes, add a tablespoon of honey, three tablespoons of ketchup, a little soy sauce and 20 grams of ground ginger root. Mix the ingredients, put the saucepan on a fire and bring to a boil. After that, lower the heat and cook the sauce for another five minutes.
  • Pieces of chicken are taken from the marinade, dip into a chicken egg, dip into flour and place in preheated vegetable oil. Best if you fry the fillet in a wok.
