Bobrov Sergey - biography and creativity

Biography

Poet Bobrov Sergey Pavlovich managed to get an art education. From 1904 to 1909 he studied at the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Since 1911 he was an auditor of the capital's archaeological institute. Worked in a magazine called "Russian Archive". Bobrov Sergey studied the work of Yazykov and Pushkin. In 1913 he became the head of the post-symbolist group "Lyrics". Since 1914, he headed the Futurist Union "Centrifuge". Creation

Sergey Bobrov published his poems on the pages of several pre-revolutionary collections that were published between 1913 and 1917. In particular, we are talking about the books "Lira", "Diamond Woods" and "Vertogradari over the Vines." In these works, he combined the imitation of Russian classical lyrics and tricks of futurism. To this was added the influence of experiments conducted by Andrei Bely. For our hero characterized by interruptions in the classical dimensions, as well as skipping stress in three-syllables. A similar phenomenon was characteristic of Pasternak of the period mentioned and Aksenov's translations.

Our hero wrote poems until the last days of his life. In the sixties again began to be actively published. His works appeared on the pages of almanacs, among which separately it should be noted "Poetry Day". The author also published 3 social-utopian novels: "Finding a Treasure", "Specification of Iditol" and "Revolt of Misanthropes".

The poet worked in the Central Statistical Office. He was repressed and exiled to Kokchetav. After serving his sentence and returning home, Sergei Borov published two popular scientific works for schoolchildren. It's about books that are written in a fairy-tale form. Works on mathematics were called "Magic Dvorog" and "Archimedean Summer". These books were very popular. "Dvugog" was repeatedly reprinted, the last time it was published in 2006.

Among the prose works of our hero, we should mention the autobiographical novel Boy. One of the poet's interests was also poetry. He was among the first to describe the dolnik, calling it a "pause". Bobrov also published a work entitled New on Pushkin's Poetry. He appeared with a number of publications. Later he returned to the new-generation sti-tech studies with Kolmogorov, as well as the young Gasparov. Our hero owns a number of important studies on irregularities in the rhythm, as well as word divides. He was one of the founders of this topic.

Gasparov left interesting memories about the poet, and also devoted a book called "Modern Russian verse" to Sergei Pavlovich. Bobrov is the author of the mystified continuation of the work "When the Bishop of Assyria" Alexander Pushkin. It was published in 1918.
