Bend of the gallbladder: causes and treatment

Bend of the gallbladder - most often, congenital pathology, which occurs as a result of the process of connective tissue dysplasia. This ligamentous apparatus, cartilage, heart valves and other structures, such as biliary tract.

Inflection of the gallbladder in children, as a rule, is detected accidentally in the diagnosis of other gastrointestinal diseases. If there are no specific manifestations, then it can be assumed that a child or an adult has regular dyskinesia.

The bend of the gallbladder sometimes arises with the years, and not only as an innate pathology. Basically, it is provoked by chronic inflammatory processes, leading to deformation of the walls with the formation of adhesions. Ultrasound examination in such cases shows that the gallbladder is actually bent. In such a situation, clinical symptoms of the disease, related to manifestations of cholangitis or cholecystitis, are noted.

The bend of the gallbladder sometimes occurs when the organs are lowered for a number of reasons. Most often this is observed in depleted and elderly patients. The bubble can be twisted so much that leads to the cessation of blood supply and the necrosis of the underlying areas, followed by rupture of tissues and the development of peritonitis.

The latter situation is very difficult and requires an emergency response with surgical intervention.

Treatment

Inflammation of the gallbladder in adults refers to diseases that should be treated. Special medicines are used for this. The duration of one course is 2 weeks, 3-4 will be required. In the treatment of cholagogue (Gepabene, Flamin) or synthetic drugs (Nikodin, Tsikvalon and others). The course of treatment is held once a quarter. With congenital excess of the gallbladder, the manifestations of the disease are insignificant and do not cause any inconvenience.

Physiotherapeutic procedures (electrophoresis with novocaine, ultrasound) proved to be well established. After an exacerbation it is necessary to be engaged in medical gymnastics, avoiding sharp movements and lifting of weights.

It is necessary to limit the consumption of jam, honey, sugar and confectionery, and also to exclude sharp, sour and fried foods. All food is cooked in baked or boiled form. Also it is necessary to avoid the use of very salty and cold dishes.

Corn stigmas and oil have good choleretic qualities and help the gallbladder cope with the performance of its own functions. It is useful to eat pumpkin in raw or cooked form for 500 g per day or drink pumpkin juice.

Diseases of the gallbladder are well treated with products of beekeeping - pollen or flower pollen. They are taken on an empty stomach up to 3 times a day for half an hour before meals.

It is useful to eat food pectin additives - apple, beet, pumpkin. They improve intestinal peristalsis. On an empty stomach is good to eat vegetables and fruits, chewing them thoroughly. It is necessary to drink the required amount of liquid (at least 1.5 liters) to prevent the thickening of bile, which is accelerated when water deficiency occurs.

Do not forget about the physical therapy, which, together with medicinal and folk remedies, helps to cope with such a disease as the gallbladder's bend.
