Basic console commands for CSS

Console teams are "rods" of players. With them, you can control absolutely all the game settings, and server administrators can use these commands to configure the server. With these settings, not all values of variables are allowed, this determines the level of game comfort.

Console commands - network:

• Cl_updaterate - shows how many times per second the server informs the client about what is happening on the card;
• Cl_rate - With this command, you can set the number of bytes / sec limit that are sent to the server;
• Net_graph - helps display information about the connection between the client and the server;
• Scr_printspeed - increases the speed of printing messages in the chat;
• Sizedown - reduces the resolution.

CSS console commands - sound settings:

• Anbient_level - with this command you can set the volume for the built-in sounds;
• Playvol - changes the playback volume of the replay;
• S_2dvolume - this command turns on / off the maximum volume of 2d sound;
• S_a3d - allows you to enable / disable support for A4D;
• S_autumax_distance - this command helps to set the distance for the max volume;
• S_distanse 60 - allows you to set the volume depending on the distance;
• S_eax - this command helps to enable / disable EAX support;
• S_geometry - allows you to enable / disable geometric partitioning;
• S_numpolys - this command shows the number of polygons processed in A4D;
• S_verbwet - allows you to control the "dryness" of sounds;
• Stopsound - helps to disable playback of the current sound.

Console commands for CSS : control:

• + Attack - allows you to apply an attack on the enemy;
• + Attack2 - this command allows you to apply special. Attack on the enemy;
• + Back - helps to move back;
• Buy - this command allows you to use the shopping menu;
• Cancelselect - allows you to undo the action;
• Chooseteam - this command allows you to select a command;
• Drop - helps to throw the weapon in the hands;
• + Duck - allows you to squat;
• + Forward - allows you to move straight;
• Impulse 100 - this command helps to enable / disable the use of the flashlight;
• + Jump - allows to apply the jump;
• + Left - this command helps the player to turn left;
• Messagemode - gives the opportunity to speak with all participants in the battle;
• Messagemode2 - this command helps to talk to the members of your team;
• + Moveleft - allows you to drift to the left;
• + Moveright - helps to strafe to the right;
• Pause- allows you to pause the game, put it on pause;
• Quit - helps to leave the game;
• + Right - this command allows you to rotate right;
• + Reload - helps to reload combat weapons;
• + Showscores - provides assistance in showing player statistics;
• Snapshot - this command helps to make a screenshot of the screen;
• Toggleconsole - allows you to close / open the console menu;
• + Use - helps to use items;
• + Voicerecord - this command allows to use voice communication;
• -unbind - removes the assignment for the key.

Console commands - video settings:

• Gamma - helps to adjust gamma;
• Lightgamma - helps in setting the gamma of lighting;
• Brightness - this command helps to adjust the brightness;
• Gl_cull - includes the first mode of objects visualization;
• Gl_monolights - this command turns on / off the light card mode;
• Gl_overbright - allows you to enable / disable the mode of maximum or minimum brightness;
• Gl_polyoffset - includes mixing of details;
• Gl_round_down - allows you to set the rounding value;
• Gl_texturemode - sets the quality of textures on the map;
• Gl_max_size - enables / disables the limitation of the minimum size of the texture on the map;
• Gl_playermip - includes player model details;
• Gl_alphamin - sets the visibility of transparent textures on the map.

Here are not listed all the console commands in the game Counter Strike: Sourse. But the above should suffice for high-quality, comfortable, and most importantly - a good game.
