Azu from beef

One of the traditional dishes of the Tatar cuisine is Azu. Usually it is prepared from lamb, beef or horse meat, depending on preferences.

How to cook azu from beef? It is enough to use one of the provided recipes. The main ingredients of this dish are - meat, tomatoes, pickles, onions, garlic, spices and herbs. Some add carrots, potatoes and other vegetables. It is desirable to serve some kind of garnish, for example, boiled rice or French fries.

How to cook azu from beef? Prepare this dish usually in a cauldron, but you can cook in a chicken or in a deep frying pan, depending on what you have. The cooking process takes time, therefore, most often this dish is served on the festive table.

Azu from beef

Peel 2 onions and cut into half rings. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions. Add 40 g of flour, cut into thin plates 3 cloves of garlic, 60 g of tomato and a little water. The resulting sauce bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Scald with boiling water 4 tomatoes and peel them. Cut the cubes of tomato pulp, 4 pickles, 700 g of beef. Grind the greens. In the cauldron, heat up the butter and fry pieces of meat, tomatoes and cucumbers. Pour the sauce, pepper and salt. Stew on low heat with the lid closed. If necessary, add water. For 5 minutes before the readiness to put the cut greens.

Azu from beef with potatoes

Clear one and a half kg of potatoes, 3 large onions, 1 carrot. Cut these vegetables into cubes and pour into deep dishes separately. Cut the garlic head with thin plates. Peel 4 salted cucumbers and cut into cubes. 2 kg of beef wash and remove veins. In the cauldron, pour the oil about 1 cm from the bottom and heat it up. With long pieces cut the meat and put it in the cauldron. Fire included on a maximum and intensively mix the meat, so it does not burn. When the meat gives juice, put the pickles, 55 g butter and mix. Stew for 20 minutes, then add carrots and onions. If necessary, pour a little boiling water. Stir, simmer for 15 minutes. Slice the tomatoes into tomatoes and put them into the cauldron. After 15 minutes, add potatoes and garlic, pepper and salt, add generic spices. Stew until done.

Azu from beef with tomatoes

Kilogram of beef is washed and dried, and then cut into small cubes. Salt them and sprinkle with ground pepper and fry in a frying pan for fat. After adding a little flour, fry again. Briochek beef put in a saucepan, pouring a frying pan of meat juice, put the stew. Fry 200 g chopped onions. Add to it 80 g of tomato and put in meat. After 40 minutes, put a laurel leaf and fragrant pepper (peas). Extinguish almost to the full. Clean, wash, cut into cubes and fry a half kilogram of potatoes. Add to the meat. Peel 3 salted cucumbers from the seeds and peel, cut into cubes and put into a saucepan. Cut into slices 200 grams of tomato and bring the azu to a boil. Grind 15 grams of garlic and herbs, mix and add to the ready-made dish.

Beef auf with fried potatoes

800 g of beef cut into cubes, sprinkle with pepper, salt. In a frying pan, melt 70 grams of fat and fry beef. Then pour the meat in broth or water. Stew on low heat. Cut slices 200 grams of tomato and cubes -180 g of onion. Add the tomatoes and onions in the frying pan. Also put 100 g of tomato. Brush half a kilo of potatoes, cut into slices and fry in another pan. When the beef is ready, drain the juice into the cauldron, in order to prepare the sauce. Cut 170 g of salted cucumbers, garlic, ground with salt, fried potatoes. Stew about 15 minutes. Then put the beef and simmer for another 5 minutes. Garnish with greens.
