Types of profiles

Aluminum profiles for LED tapes differ in the installation method: overhead (or universal), mortise and corner.

The overhead profile is most often used in the furniture industry, providing illumination of sliding-door wardrobes or kitchen furniture. You can highlight the glass countertops. Use a profile of golden or silvery colors up to two meters long. To dissipate the light flux, the aluminum profile under the LED strip is often equipped with light filters.

Angle profile is used in case if you need to apply a non-standard solution (in the illumination of shop windows, window openings, ceilings, all kinds of niches, you can use it as a plinth for floor or ceiling).

Built-in aluminum profiles for LED strips are resistant to external influences, used to illuminate furniture, stairs, floors, even in the courtyard to illuminate the veranda or paths. They are significantly superior in performance to similar plastic profiles.

Methods of attaching the tape to the profile
