Piping the boiler yourself

Before the construction of any private house, it is necessary to consider the system of its heating. Once in the past (as a heating system), ovens were used, but now the use of heating boilers is the most common . And if so - the knowledge of how the piping is properly piped is just necessary.

It is worth noting in advance that doing this work on your own is not necessarily an optional condition. That is, the piping of a heating boiler can easily be carried out by specialists. Most often this is the case. But if you want to save some of your money, then tying the boiler with your own hands is exactly what you need.

By itself, the binding process is not so simple and requires a certain concentration, since errors will lead to undesirable consequences. Of course, it will not be fatal, but still.

So, first, you need to install the boiler collector. How to do it, tell the sticker, which should be on each of them. It shows both the return and the supply lines.

Now it is necessary to attach a pipe with a diameter of 1¼ to the boiler, but a pipe with a diameter of 1 is already suitable for the pipeline system. If only one contour is to be piped, then the side holes must be closed with plugs. Subsequently, these holes can be used to connect an additional collector and expansion tank. You can also use them to fill the entire system with a coolant.

Further, such a process as the piping of the boiler, involves the installation of a three-way mixing valve at the inlet of the boiler collector. This is necessary in order to be able to adjust the temperature. If it is necessary to control certain individual low-temperature circuits, the installation of a three-way valve is also necessary at the collector outlet. An example of this is the system of a warm floor.

Then, the piping of the boiler requires the selection of the kit required to connect the circulation pump. In this case, special attention should be paid to the height of the pump. As a rule, it will be either 130 mm or 180 mm. The circulation pump is installed on the return line. Now attention should be shifted to its outline. If it is radiator, the pump is connected directly to the collector, and if it is low-temperature, then it must be connected after the three-way block.

Also after the circulation pump, the temperature and pressure control unit must be installed. It consists of three elements - a differential valve and two valves with thermometers. The installation of this particular block is the last element of the strapping.

It should also be noted that the strapping of the solid fuel boiler is almost identical to that of any other boiler. This means that there are no significant differences here.
