The liver has a specific smell and slightly bitter taste. To get rid of them, it should be soaked for several hours in milk. After that, not only will the smell disappear, but the cooked liver will become much softer and juicier. Usually it is fried, stewed, baked and stuffed. Now the recipe for liver pie, which is not only tasty, but also useful, has become very popular. Let's try to cook this original dish and please our relatives.

A simple recipe for a liver pie

We need: half a kilogram of fresh liver, onion head, two cloves of garlic, half a glass of milk, a glass of boiled rice, two eggs, two spoons of flour, mayonnaise, fresh greens and salt.

The recipe for a liver pie is fairly simple to prepare and requires very little time.

Preparation: the liver is washed, cut into pieces, we pass through a meat grinder and afterwards we twist onions and garlic cloves. In the liver mince infuse milk, add rice, eggs, flour and mix well. We heat the deep frying pan, lubricate with oil and spread the hepatic mass. The oven is warmed up to 180 degrees and set to bake our cake for half an hour.
Ready pie abundantly greased with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Liver cake with cheese

Necessary products: half a kilogram of liver, a piece of cheese, a package of mayonnaise, half a cup of manga, 200 grams of spinach, two carrots, two onions, two cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of flour, vegetable oil, pepper, salt.

Preparation: the liver is well washed, we remove the film and let it pass through the meat grinder. In the milled liver, add the mango and leave for a while to swell the cereals. Onion finely shred and fry in a pan with butter. Then put it in a blender, break the egg there and chop it well. The resulting homogeneous mixture is poured into a cup with a liver, add flour, throw a pinch of salt and mix. Ready dough from the liver is divided into six equal portions.

We heat the frying pan, add a little oil, lay out a portion of dough in the form of a flat cake and fry from both sides. As a result, we will get six cakes.
Spinach slightly pripuskayem, merge excess liquid and mix with mayonnaise.
Cheese finely grate on the grater, add mayonnaise and squeeze garlic. Boiled carrots rubbed and also mixed with a small amount of mayonnaise. With prepared fillings, we spread cakes in random order together with the top.

Ready to put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Hepatic cake with mushrooms

Necessary products: half a kilogram of fresh liver, half a kilogram of any mushrooms, two eggs, a bulb, three tablespoons of flour, a can of mayonnaise, vegetable oil, two cloves of garlic, a half teaspoon of soda, a slice of cheese, fresh parsley, four medium tomatoes.

Preparation: the liver is washed, cleaned from the film and passed through a meat grinder along with the peeled bulb. We add eggs, vegetable oil, soda, flour and mix thoroughly. We heat the frying pan, lubricate it with butter and cook about eight pancakes from the prepared dough.

While pancakes are fried, we will mushroom. Well they are washed, if they are large enough, cut and fry in oil. When the mushrooms are ready, add finely chopped onions and chopped garlic.

We take a wide dish, lay out the first pancake, cover it with mayonnaise and lay out a layer of mushrooms with sliced tomatoes, cover it with the next pancake, then cover it again and put mushrooms and tomatoes. So we do with all the pancakes.

Finished cake sprinkled with grated cheese and herbs.
