The breed is a fairly broad concept. The species denotes everything belonging to a particular genus, the species, both to the living and to the non-living.

What is meant by this

The breed is the designation of many living and non-living organisms. You can distinguish:

1. Animals that differ in their habitat or other property. For example, a breed of animals that can live only in the north or south. It can be deduced by a person (breeds of dogs, cats, etc.). All animals living in the forest, in the steppes, at home farmsteads have a breed.
2. Plants. Most often, trees are designated, for example, conifers.
3. Minerals, mining materials.
4. Sometimes the word "breed" refers to people, their kind, origin.

The rock may be a soft or hard material, for example wood.

Wood

A solid rock is a collection of different types of materials that are determined by different methods. To determine the hardness of wood, Brinell's method is most often used . It involves measuring the depth of depression in the wood. For this, under pressure, a metal ball is pressed. Then it is extracted and the depth of the remaining trace is measured in terms of hardness (HB).

Sometimes hardness is measured by the Rockwell method. The principle of measurement is similar to the previous one, but the units of measurement in this case are the others - HRC or HRA, HRB.

Based on the results of the studies, a division of tree species according to hardness was made. In the first place is the Jatoba with a hardness of 7 HB. The second place is sucupyra, the hardness of which is 5.6 NV.

All trees with a hardness of less than 4 HB are referred to as soft.

Solid rock

Solid rock is solid bodies of natural origin, divided into three main groups: sedimentary, metamorphic and magmatic.

The most common material of magmatic origin is granite. It is widely used in construction.

In the upper part of the earth's crust there are sedimentary rocks. They are the result of the vital activity of organisms or the destruction of other breeds. Sedimentary rock - a few subspecies, which include clastic, chemical and organic types.

Metamorphic are most often represented by shale, marble and quartz. These materials are formed under the influence of high temperatures and high pressure.

Animals

Breeds of animals are numerous groups of representatives of one species, with one development history. Usually the breed has certain properties that are inherited and laid down in the genes. And it is important that descendants and parents have the same features, physique, colors. When crossing different breeds, hybrids or mestizos are obtained.

For the breeding of a new breed, a great deal of work has been carried out for dozens of years. As a result, several generations of animals are obtained, in which the same external signs are revealed, and at the genetic level character traits are laid.

As soon as the cattle breeders achieve the desired result (several generations have the same, unchanging traits), this is called the breed standards. Such animals receive purebred offspring in such quantity that it was possible to preserve the purity of the breed. After achieving the desired result, the breed is registered by tying it to a specific country.

Plants

Also new breeds of coniferous trees are removed. They are obtained by crossing different varieties, species of pines, tuja, junipers. As a result, breeders manage to obtain stable plants that have unusual properties. For example, dwarf pine, coniferous species, capable of carrying the strongest frosts, conifers with unusual color cones, needles.

Any breed is the result of work that has been carried out for a long time. And it does not matter whether it was created by nature or man.
