35 week of pregnancy: changes in the mother's body. Week 35 is a very difficult period for a pregnant woman. The fact is that the fetus is growing all the time, increasing by about 200 grams every week. The uterus rises strongly, presses against the diaphragm and sternum, interferes with the normal functioning of the digestive tract. All this causes difficulties with breathing, feeding and movement. A woman is very difficult to bend, it is hard to sit, stand and lie.  

If you have problems with eating, then try to eat in small portions, but often. Most women during this period complain of constant heartburn. In this case, you need to limit the amount of fried, salty and sour dishes. Ask your doctor to prescribe a drug that will relieve burning sensation.

Most expectant mothers have trouble sleeping. First, the uterus and the fetus press on the bladder. Secondly, it is very difficult for a woman to find a comfortable position for sleeping. Try not to drink a lot of fluids, especially in the evening - this will ease the situation a bit.

During this period, the stomach is already too large and prevents bending. Trying to put on socks or wear shoes, a woman faces a problem. Therefore, buy your shoes without laces and locks, so that there is no need to bend over again.

At this stage, you must give up making love, since stimulation of erogenous zones causes a reduction in the uterus, which in turn can lead to premature birth. A child born on the 35th week is quite viable, but it's best to wait until the birth begins naturally.

Starting at week 24, a pregnant woman can feel a false fight. Unlike the present, they are not systematic and are not accompanied by painful sensations. 35 weeks of pregnancy is not an exception. The wiggling of the fetus is also a very important indicator, which the expectant mother must follow. If within a day you have never felt movements, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

35 week of pregnancy: recommendations for pregnant women. During this period it is not advised to move or travel. Remember that labor can begin at any time and therefore you should always be close to the hospital. The hospital in which you are going to give birth, you need to determine in advance.

Begin to collect the bag that you will take with you to the hospital. Make a list of necessary things, including clothes for yourself and your baby, hygiene products, linens, dishes, etc. The doctor will necessarily write a list of those things that are simply necessary.
