Physical preparation for childbirth includes several basic types of exercises.
Gymnastics for pregnant women

3. We stand on all fours and bend 10 times and bend the back. For the waist of a pregnant woman, the exercise "Evil and kind cat" is what you need!
4. Sit down on his haunches. Legs should be widely spread so that the stomach is between them. We squeeze fingers into the lock and begin to dilute the knees, while straining the muscles of the anus and the vagina from the bottom up. We hold the voltage for a couple of seconds and completely relax.
What else can you do for physical fitness?
To prepare the breast for feeding, it is better to wipe it with a rough towel after the shower, accustom yourself to regular air baths and contrast the soul, especially paying attention to this zone. Do not immediately wash off the secretion of colostrum - it is better to spread on nipples and areolas.
Food
Preparation for childbirth 1 month before the expected date of birth is better to reduce the amount of meat in the diet and replace it with fish. Meat makes the tissues less elastic and helps early hardening of the baby's head, which can cause a lot of trouble and cause breaks during childbirth. The emphasis should be on vegetables and cheese, coarse bread. Every evening before going to bed it is worth drinking at least 1/2 cup of kefir.
