Zrazy with mushrooms. Delicious

Summer and autumn are a great time of the year when you can make a stock of mushrooms for the winter. In winter, they can be added to any dish. We offer the hostess to make zrazy with mushrooms and meat or potatoes. It turns out very tasty and caloric.

This dish is from Belarusian and Polish cuisines. Zrazy are a meatloaf or a large cutlet with a filling. Here are a few simple and very delicious recipes.

Zrazy with mushrooms and meat

For their preparation, you need a kilogram of any minced meat, two onions, three eggs, two large spoons of milk, a large piece of pulp of white bread, a little salt and pepper. For the filling, you need three hundred grams of boiled chopped mushrooms (white or champignons), three eggs, a glass of broth and a small onion.

Then we begin to prepare. Roll the bread into the milk for half an hour, squeeze it a little and turn it in a meat grinder. Bulbs clean and grind. Then add them to the prepared minced meat together with a roll, eggs, salt and pepper. It's good to mix everything and leave the "workpiece" for half an hour in a cool place, covering with food film on top.

Then proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, boil the eggs, finely chop them, grate the onion in a blender. Fry the mushrooms and ingredients separately with the addition of butter. Then mix all the ingredients.

Now we begin to form zrazy with mushrooms. To do this, you need to take a large spoonful of minced meat, put it on your palm and make a cake. In the middle, add a little stuffing and form zrazy with mushrooms.

The resulting balls roll in flour, fry on both sides for ten minutes. Then put them in the brazier, pour the broth and send it to the oven. Zrazy in the oven should stay for half an hour. Serve them preferably hot with any side dish.

Zrazy potatoes with mushrooms are a very tasty lean dish.

To cook them you need a pound of peeled potatoes, two hundred grams of any mushrooms (can even be frozen), four large spoons of flour, one large onion, half a bucket of green olives (pitted), frying oil and breadcrumbs.

Now you can prepare a dish. Tubers boil until cooked, knead them to a puree state. Add salt, pour in flour and mix well. We leave forcemeat for ten minutes, so that it cools down. Now proceed to the preparation of the filling. To do this, cut onions and mushrooms, fry them and add salt. Add to them crushed olives.

To form zrazy with mushrooms and potatoes, the hands must be soaked in vegetable oil. Then take a small handful of mashed potatoes, sprinkle it slightly to make a lozenge. In the center put the stuffing, gently fold everything in the form of a cutlet, gluing the edges together.

Then the products can be prepared in different ways.

First, roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs, and then fry in vegetable oil on both sides for half an hour.

Secondly, the products are baked in the oven. Only need to grease the baking sheet, and zrazy roll only in flour.

But it is possible to prepare a casserole from these ingredients.

Served on the table is recommended, watering sour cream or favorite sauce.
