Why is brown rice considered a unique product?

All this already says that it's time to go and buy such a valuable product. However, it is not easy to find brown rice. So why continue to produce exceptionally white rice? In fact, in production, knowing about the destructive effect of grinding, try to artificially enrich the product, but who knows how safe it is.

There are many diets aimed at cleansing the body and losing excess kilograms, which are based on brown rice. "What is the name of such a diet and what is its principle?" - you ask.
