First prepare the filling. Separate the protein of one egg. Put aside the yolk, it will be needed to lubricate the patties before baking.

In the container put all the components of the filling: cottage cheese, sugar, protein, sour cream and mango. All the good mix and grind to a homogeneous consistency, you can use a blender.

Then you need to make a dough.

To do this, grind sugar in the container with a softened butter, then drive in the egg and sour cream. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly (with a whisk or with a blender) until the sugar is completely dissolved.

In another container, mix sifted wheat flour with salt and baking powder (or soda, extinguished vinegar).
