Who is the chock and who is given this insulting nickname?

One day another intellectual came to visit one intelligent family, just as well-read and educated. In the process of gathering, as usual, they began to talk about topical issues, in particular, about illegal migrants, in German, calling them guest workers. But they called them not only this, but also the more familiar Russian word. At the height of the dispute, the owner's daughter, a very small girl, suddenly declared that she knew who the chock was. It turns out to be her own mother. "But I'm a daughter, so she's a shark!" She explained with childlike immediacy.

The problem of xenophobia, racism and nationalism exists not only in Russia. Very funny show their attitude to the "Moskals", for example, Ukrainian nationalists. They angrily denounce the Russian "one party party" flies in the fact that they, they say, suffer intolerance towards all non-Russians, as if to show it to all not Ukrainians, something is drastically changing. The essence of nationalism is precisely the assertion that the indigenous or titular population has some special rights.

Khachi, chocks, apricots, chumpens - as soon as they do not call representatives of Asian and Caucasian peoples! Blacks, by the way, for some reason do not tease. A certain image of a swarthy cheeky loafer is drawn, to all questions with the accent of the respondent: "Because!" For the sake of justice, it should be noted that such an opinion about visiting southerners has a certain basis, and it arose not in modern Russia, but formed several decades.

Representatives of all nationalities of an immense homeland were called into the Soviet Army. Some of them found out who the chock was, only after they began to understand at least a little Russian, that is, not immediately. A typical example: the sergeant asks the soldiers in turn who they are. Everyone responds with a jovial response: "Defender of the Motherland!", And only Private Kerimov says that he is a "uszbek". After that, colleagues are invited to explain to Kerimov who he is. And so several times. After some suggestion in an extremely accessible form, Kerimov joyfully informs the commander that he is a chock!

In general, under this definition in our country, any representative of the Asian or Transcaucasian republic who knows Russian badly and who has not received (not through his fault!) A normal education, can fall. This insulting nickname too often goes to people who honestly work for a low salary in jobs for which happy owners of passports do not want to register with registration in Russian cities.

The children of migrants go to schools together with other children who, adopting the lumpen habits of some low-cultured older comrades, quickly learn who the chock is.

Another issue is that immigrants are becoming very numerous, and migration legislation is imperfect. This problem is also faced by European countries, which at one time opened borders for citizens of African and Asian states in the hope that they eventually become Germans, Italians or French. Immigrants do not want to assimilate, on the contrary, they often try to create a familiar environment for them. There are problems and conflicts, always accompanying cultural differences.

Sometimes there are clashes, both in Russia and in other countries, and suffer from them are not always those who behaved, to put it mildly, wrong. It is the defenseless hard workers who can most easily explain who is a chock, striking at the same time punches, kicks and various hard objects. But with the bandits who are really violating the law, armed and united, so it is difficult and unsafe to talk.

Unfortunately, despite the traditionally internationalist upbringing, some of our fellow citizens, irritated by poor pronunciation and a large number of visitors, express their emotions with an indignant question: "What to do with the chocks?", Finding on him a simple answer in a Sharikovian way. Clearly, all the expulsion, and the border to close! And it's still soft, you can and otherwise, more radical. Only it does not work out. Russia still needs workers in migrant workers. And that in our country, after all, mostly indigenous people lived , you just need to give birth to more children. And educate them real citizens.
