What should I pay attention to when filling out a payment order?

Before proceeding to the main topic of the article, one should understand the theory. What is a payment order? It is the main settlement document on the basis of which an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity (and sometimes a physical entity) instructs the servicing financial agent (that is, the bank) to transfer money from his account.

The transfer of money is understood as the payment of goods and services, fees, taxes, as well as all other payments. The document in question can be delivered to a banking institution either in paper form or electronically. In the latter case, of course, we use a special software package - "Client-Bank". It should be noted that some financial agents require the provision of both copies. And the paper version is always considered more important.

The most interesting thing is waiting for the organization at the moment when the payment order begins to be filled. The person who saw this document understands what is at stake: the mass of graphs and various fields in which it is necessary to correctly record the data, can embarrass anyone who does not have sufficient experience with such documentation. The main thing that you need to learn is no self-activity! For example, in the field under number 2, in any case, you should enter the number 0401060. Immediately mark yourself that this is a constant. And it means the number of the unified form, established not by anyone, but by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

In general, in order to avoid unnecessary clarification of relations with the bureaucratic bureaucracy on the issue of correct / incorrect filling, it is necessary to carefully read the Regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 383-P. Here you will find a competent order, according to which the payment order is filled. This is especially true if it is a matter of transferring money to pay taxes, fees and so on.

To not get up twice

Quite often it happens that an organization or an IP commits any payments systematically. And if the amount does not change from period to period, the best solution is a permanent payment order. Its main advantage is the lack of the need to remember the specific date of sending money. The manager of the serving bank will gladly (or as lucky) announce the cost of such a service and tell you how to set it up. By the way, at present, more and more business entities prefer to use specialized software. Here, for example, to create and send a payment order, Sberbank offers through the software package "Business Onl @ yn." To the credit of this institution, the user manual is written very accessible. So, in theory, difficulties should not arise. In any case, the complaints of people who did not understand the software - a very rare phenomenon.

Finally, a few words should be said about such a thing as a payment request-instruction. Already from the name itself, it can be assumed that this document belongs to the category of combined. So it is: in the upper part of it the supplier addresses "with a request" to the buyer (payer) to pay for the goods or services that have been delivered. And at the bottom of the paper the payer instructs his serving bank to "request" to do it. It is clear that the latter accepts for payment documents in an amount that does not exceed the available balance on the client's account.
