What is alcoholic epilepsy?

Alcoholic epilepsy can appear after several alcoholic poisonings. Especially it concerns poisonings with surrogates and denatured alcohol. Most often, alcoholic epilepsy occurs in those who have suffered a head injury, an infectious disease or atherosclerosis.

This ailment can manifest itself in different ways:

• Fainting;
• Cramps, burning, tightening muscles.

Alcoholic epilepsy is also terrible because it affects not only the body, but also the psyche. People with this epilepsy are irritable, often inadequately react to the situation, at times do not realize themselves in their own actions. As already mentioned above, during attacks, not only the body, but also the psyche suffers. It is possible that the brain will not survive another seizure, and a person will turn into a real "vegetable", which can neither move nor talk. I want to note that there are those who once experienced an attack of alcohol epilepsy, tying with alcohol once and for all. This is due to the fact that sometimes a person has to endure enormous stress in order to realize the seriousness of his situation. Of course, everyone who wants to live and be healthy in this life will never abuse alcohol, especially when this is unacceptable.
