A good secured life attracts everyone. However, fate does not always bring joyful "surprises", and people are forced to seek help from the state in order to simply not remain without means of subsistence.

For the purpose of social security, Russian citizens are provided with pensions. A pension is a monetary payment that is granted to citizens every month for compensation purposes.
